The connective approach emphasises the parallel growth of coaches and athletes and recognises coaches' crucial roles in contributing to a thriving sporting culture.

MASTERING CRAFTS

Emphasises on continuous learning and professional development for coaches to hone their coaching craft - improving coaching methodologies, staying updated with the latest training techniques, and refining strategies for skill development in athletes.
