This 2-hour workshop offers an
opportunity to explore creative approaches and consider strategies for
enhancing the engagement of coaching drills. It will focus on incorporating
elements of enjoyment while subtly addressing physical demands, thereby providing
young athletes with a more stimulating and enjoyable training experience.
Trevor is a sport and fitness educator
with more than 15 years of experience in teaching Physical Education, Sport
Management and Sports Coaching. He holds a Degree in Sports Science and a
Degree in Business Administration, as well as professional certifications in
Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Coaching. Trevor is a Coach
Developer with CoachSG, Fencing Singapore and Singapore Gymnastics for the past
4 years. He regularly conducts the Value and Principles in Sports Workshops,
Game for Life Workshops, and various modules under SG-Coach Level 1 course. He
is also a Coach Assessor for CoachSG. Trevor recently assisted Fencing
Singapore to develop their SG-Coach Level 2 Full Integration Coaching
Curriculum. He has a desire to help coaches and participants achieve their
best, physically and mentally. He is passionate about his students and tries
his best to prepare them to achieve their goals.

workshop is open to NROC coaches only
- Please
register first before attending this workshop. NROC coaches who attend
this workshop without registering first will not be able to receive their
CCE hours e-certificate, which is a requirement to claim CCE hours for
attending this workshop
