As youth athletes navigate the critical developmental stage of puberty, their sporting journeys need to be supported by more than just training and competition. This workshop offers coaches a science-informed, practical framework to guide holistic athletic development in youth footballers, ensuring their physical, nutritional, and psychological needs are met throughout this sensitive and formative period.
Participants will learn physical strategies, nutritional foundations, psychological insights and the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration with other sports professionals e.g., sport scientists in order to maximise their youth athletes’ sporting potential.
