- Efficiency Concept – This part will explain the five essential components of efficiency, definition of the efficiency in different sports, and how it can support strategic planning and monitoring of athlete progression.
Speaker: Dr. Marko Milic Former Serbian national fencer turned coach with international experience in the USA and Austria. Holds a PhD in Sport Science specializing in Motor Control. Currently serves as High Performance Manager and Technical Director for Fencing Singapore since 2017, focusing on athlete development and sport growth.
