Winning Minds: Supporting Athlete Wellbeing
Synopsis
Coaching is more than building performance—it’s about shaping lives.
This interactive workshop invites coaches to step into their roles as emotional anchors and wellbeing advocates, equipping them with the tools to nurture athletes beyond the games.
Through dynamic group discussions and a practical Three-Step Approach, participants will be invited to strengthen their mental health literacy, enhance communication skills, and foster sustainable growth in athletes.
