Find out the techniques to get the best out of your athletes! Embark on this SG-Coach Programme to equip participants with the knowledge and skills on 'how to coach’, and to reinforce the understanding on 'why you coach'. This is done through the introduction of values and principles in sports (VPS) which include the Game For Life (GFL) practical session. This course includes theories which are supported by evidence-based research, and practical approaches for coaches to apply their learning on the field. Participants will examine their own coaching philosophies, learn to incorporate the teaching of values through sports coaching and understand the basic theories and skills of sports coaching.
