Louise Khng

She combines educational expertise with hands-on coach development, working closely with National Sports Associations to develop coaching pathways. Her “heart work” philosophy guides her approach—believing that purposeful leadership and care are essential in supporting coaches to nurture both performance and personal growth in their athletes.

Read MoreA former National Football Team captain, Tong Hai represented Singapore from 1988 to 1999. He now leads the Coaching Industry Development team, shaping employment policies and standards for NROC coaches. Also a Coach Developer with CoachSG and Football Association of Singapore, he brings over 20 years of coaching and administrative experience. Rooted in the values of Dedication, Determination, Discipline, and Empathy, he believes in building a resilient and people-centred coaching ecosystem that supports both professional growth and personal development.
Azhar Yusof

Read MoreAzhar is Head, CoachSG and leads its five teams in driving the coaching education and development efforts across all sports in Singapore. He has a diverse background; having been a national athlete, an international match official and a coach in multiple sports. A teacher by training, he was Head of PE/CCA Department at Raffles Institution, and Senior Lecturer and Assistant Head (Teaching) at the National Institute of Education (NIE) where he is still engaged as Adjunct Lecturer. He is a Master Trainer with World Rugby and is currently also the Coach of Singapore's Wheelchair Rugby Team.
Bryan Ng

His philosophy: coaching is not just about performance, but about nurturing individuals to become their best selves.
Annabelle Ng

A two-time recipient of the SNOC Meritorious Team Award and former Sport Excellence (spex) Scholarship recipient. She previously coached National Developmental Canoe Sprint and currently coaches at ActiveSG Canoe Academy. Shaped by her journey as an athlete and coach, she is passionate about working with people and supporting them to achieve their goals. She strongly believes in the transformative power of sport to inspire continuous learning, growth, and personal development.
Reiner Leong

His background is in Strength & Conditioning and believes in the novel application of athletic skills in solving evolving sporting challenges. Reiner has previously represented Singapore in Rugby and Wrestling and continues to compete in Athletics with the hope of finding new opportunities.
Ong Chuan Leong

Read MoreChuan Leong supports the development of Singapore’s coach education system through initiatives like #ForCoachesbyCoaches, the CoachSG Room, and CoachSG Conferences (2019–2021). He also coaches at ActiveSG Football Academy, leading AFA–Tanjong Pagar United U10s to their first SYL Division 3 title in 2024. Believing coaches learn best from one another, he designs platforms that promote sharing and collaboration. This philosophy also guides his volunteer work, where he teaches English and Chinese to Spanish speakers to foster mutual growth.
Joanne Loo

A former PE teacher, she has coached the National Youth Netball team and served as head coach of the SSP Netball Academy. Joanne has represented Singapore in both Netball and Football and has held roles as the National Youth Sports Institute’s National Youth Head Coach and Performance Pathway Manager. With a focus on supporting women coaches and promoting para-sport coaching, she is committed to advancing coaching excellence.
Lee Sai Meng

Eliza Tan

Eliza also serves on the board of the Singapore Olympic Academy, committed to fostering impactful coaching practices.
Xue En Hong Shane

Gabriel Yang
