My taekwondo coach was from Korea, he started his Dojang along Alexandra Rd. From humble beginnings he trained his students hard. i joined when he first started his classes and even after 9 years, his inspiration is still thriving strong. through the time he was building his career, he was also applying for citizenship, making his journey even more inspiring. although i’ve ended my taekwondo journey last year, he has inspired me to push for my best and never give up. his passion for taekwondo has driven me to achieve 2nd dan and i’ll never forget my weekly lessons with him. We are so lucky to have our son under the guidance of Coach Alif who is working together with Coach Isa, as the leader overseeing Ang Mo Kio AFA. They are super dedicated in uplifting and encouraging my son who was new to the game of soccer early this year. And just after half a yeart, my son's interest was so heightened in the sport. They also took extra effort to arrange for a group to take part in the Pesta Sukan which my son had the privilege to join too and all these shows the extra miles they go to increase exposure and enjoyment for young boys in the sport. It is rare but My son really looks forward to the weekly classes even though it's early in the morning in the weekends.

Know Calvin Ng and Kevin Koh since 1.5yrs ago when I was interested in clubbell and looking for a coach. They both conduct the Tacfit circuit training(Bringyourown.club) at SG sport hub, and through their sessions, I not only get to know clubbell, I have lots of fun and also get to know other strength and resistance training too. They are both amazing - at every sessions bringing all the equipments including kettle bells, clubbells, battle ropes etc just because they have the passion and also want more people to get fit and healthy. And their coaching session is not boring as each session they design and arrange different tasks but base on same long term objective. They teach patiently during the training, they make sure we do it with the correct techniques to avoid injury, they also adjust the training movement to suit the beginner too. I have tried different places for CrossFit, strength and fitness training, Calvin and Kevin are truly sincere people and dedicated coaches amongst all. Through the last 1.5 years training with them, I can see the huge difference in me in term of techniques, strength and fitness. Thank you deeply and appreciate your effort Coaches! 🙏🏼

Coach Zahid has been an incredible mentor to Zidane, supporting him in every aspect of his football journey. Over the past 2.5 years, since he was just 5 years old, Coach Zahid has provided a nurturing platform, unwavering trust, and guidance that has helped Zidane grow into a well-rounded player. From providing him the opportunity to be a mascot for Geylang International FC, to winning competitions like Pesta Sukan, we've accomplished a lot together. Coach Zahid's dedication, inspiration, and motivation continue to push Zidane to excel. We're grateful for Coach Zahid's commitment and thank him for helping shape Zidane's passion for the sport.

For Coach Shahudin : Coach Shahudin & Coach Sean's dedication to nurturing young football talent has been truly inspiring. Over the past two years, from 2023 to 2025. They have voluntarily devoted themselves to developing the skills of children from Punggol Community Football Academy (PCFA)and now Punggol under new management to form Punggol ActiveSg Football Academy (PAFA). Starting from a community sports network, Coach Din & Coach Sean have guided the team to join local competitions, started off small we Pesta Sukan (where they scored themselves till the Quarterfinals going against experienced clubs), pushing them to excel beyond their limits. Giving opportunities to all kids to have equal rights to show their talents regardless of financial backgrounds with multiple players in the team being scouted to join elite clubs such as JNDC, JSSL, etc.. to name a few. Through their tireless efforts, the team progressed remarkably for their first time in SYL, reaching Division 2 in a short span. This achievement is a testament to Coach Din & Coach Sean's hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport. Their approach focuses on creating a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to push beyond their limits and know that they are in a safe space. Through football, the young athletes learn essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Coach Din & Coach Sean's ultimate goal is to empower these young individuals to become champions not just on the field but also in life and beyond. While continuously staying humble, well-mannered and hardworking kids. With their guidance, the children at PAFA are not only developing their football skills but also building a strong foundation for a brighter future. Their selfless dedication is an inspiration to the community, and their impact will be felt for years to come. Any clubs having these 2 coaches in their team will be very lucky. It reminds us all how football should be. Where players are tight, kampung spirit stays alive and they work hard not only for the team(and country) but also for their coach. Remembering the legends of our very own Singapore National Footballers in the 60s - 90s. Legends: Dollah Kassim, Hasli Ibrahim, Majid Ariff, Malek Awab, Abbas Saad, Fandi Ahmad, Kadir Yahya, etc..
