SportSync is a new online portal for sport management and information sharing. It is a key enabler to develop capabilities and capacity for the Sport Eco-system that serve the entire sporting pathway; providing a comprehensive range of features adaptable for different user groups such as Coaches, Athletes, Sports Participants and National Sports Associations.

SportSync will enable visible, accessible & reliable data for informed and objective data driven decision making; and be a game-changer for performance analysis, operational efficiency and management and enhancing sport community engagement.

Q: How can an athlete/coach login to SportSync?

The athlete/coach can login to SportSync using myActiveSG account.

Q: How can I get a myActiveSG account?

Click on the register in the home page. Follow the instructions and register on myActiveSG. On successful registration on myActiveSG , you will be guided to register into SportSync. After this registration, you can directly use your myActiveSG credentials to access SportSync.

Q: How do I change my login password in SportSync?

A coach/athlete can change the password in myActiveSG page.

Q: What login should the NSA (Organisation) users use?

The NSA users should use the “Login as Corporate User” option and login using the CorpPass credentials.

Q: How do I obtain a login account in SportSync?

You can register in SportSync by logging in with your myActiveSG. Hover on “Login as Individual User” and choose the option with which you would want to log in. You can choose SingPass if you had used SingPass to sign up for myActiveSG account.

Q: Can I change my contact details later after registration?

Yes, your contact details are extracted from the myActiveSG account, so when the contact details are updated in myActiveSG, they will be updated in SportSync.

Q: What version of browser should I use?

SportSync works best with following browsers such as Internet Explorer (11), Chrome (65.0.3325.181), Firefox (59.0), and Safari(11.0.3).

Q: Do I have to pay to sign up for a SportSync account?

The SportSync account is free. However, the terms and conditions for NROC memberships remains the same hence please visit our website for more information.

Q: How do I sign up for a SportSync account?

If you have an ActiveSG membership account, you may use the same login details to login to SportSync.
If you do not have an ActiveSG membership account, you may sign up here. There are 2 ways to sign up for an ActiveSG membership account:

  • with your NRIC/Mobile number.
  • with your SingPass details.
Q: Who can I contact if I have problems logging into SportSync?

You may contact ActiveSG at 6594 1388 from 07:00 to 22:00 (Mon – Sun) for login issues. 

Q: Can I sign up as an individual participant even though I have a CorpPass account with the organisation?

Yes, you can. You can still register as an individual participant account even if you already have an existing CorpPass account with the organisation.

Q: I am under 18 years old. How can I get my parent / legal guardian to give consent for me to start a Sportsync account?

You (child) will have to register for a SportSync account. The system will require you (child) to input parent / guardian’s name and email address. (Parent / Guardian’s email must be different from child’s email registered in the SportSync system).

Parent / Guardian will check his/her email and click on the link to activate your (child) account.

For parent to activate the child account, please follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Parent / Guardian clicks on the link received through the parent’s email. (Please check the Spam folder if email is not available in the inbox).
  • Parent / Guardian clicks on the link and login using parent’s own login details for SportSync. (Parent cannot login with the child’s SportSync login details)
  • Parent / Guardian clicks on the Task present in the dashboard and accept.
  • Parent / Guardian logouts.
  • Child logins using child’s own login details into SportSync.
  • Child should be able to access the SportSync account now.
