Louise Khng is the first woman to be awarded Coach of the Year in its 50-year history. Her mantra, Trust the Process, manifested in the holistic development of her players and in the support system of her coaching team. During her 2-year tenure as Head Coach, Louise led the performance of the Singapore Women’s Floorball Team to a historic high.
