Ms Teo Siew Lan is a dominant icon of the local volleyball scene. Having coached her ‘B’ and ‘C’ division boys’ teams to a combined 29 National Championships in her 30-year tenure, she welcomes each new intake on a journey of self-discovery. While changes are inevitable in the passage of time, one constant remains true for Ms Teo - it is one’s character that makes a champion.
