Sriven

Team Lead
Sriven is a leadership coach (for organisations including AIA, Monetary Authority of Singapore and Bank Mandiri) and works with IMD - the Swiss Business School ranked #1 for Executive Education in the 3 most recent annual Financial Times rankings.

He was previously a PE teacher, Polytechnic Lecturer, Strategy Director and led an Executive Masters programme focused on leading public-private partnerships.

Eliza

Staff
Eliza specialisises in the curriculum and capability development of sport coaches and educators to facilitate positive behavioural and character development outcomes. She leads key initiatives anchored by the Game-for-Life (GFL) framework to encourage values-driven coaching practices such as the GFL Mentoring Programme, GFL Documentary Series and Values & Principles in Sport certification. Eliza is also a trained DISC behavioural consultant, Netball Coach and has a background in Sport Management.

Fariza

Staff

Fariza supports the Character and Leadership Development team in the development of sports coaches and educators to facilitate positive behavioural and character development outcomes. She is a former Physical Education teacher in MOE where she has also led two committees in her school; Discipline Committee and Student Leadership Committee. Fariza was also Singapore‘s National Floorball goalkeeper and team captain in 2017.

Shane

Staff

Shane's work focuses on coach leadership development, Character and Leadership Development through Sport (CLDS) and leadership development for SportSG staff. He is also involve in the development of the coach's competency framework to ensure intentionality in coaches upskilling. Shane has presented at ICCE Conference, Liverpool (2017) and Space, Place and Sport Conference held at Mansfield College, UK (2015) on the topic of CLDS.

Yani

Staff
Yani looks into creating and facilitating leadership workshops/spaces for coaches to develop and strengthen their leadership skills, thereby creating a positive coaching environment to complement the technical side of coaching. Her work also spans into building and sustaining communities of practice and supporting the internal leadership development of SportSG.

Yani enjoys a variety of sports and was a former inline hockey player, having represented Singapore in various World Championships. She later transferred to netball where she is now a Coach Developer and an International Official.
